I have seen loads of reviews on here about the business. I believe the reviews should be a fair and honest. That’s why I feel I have to speak up to let you all know! A member of the HR team at Magna put a status up on Facebook. I Quote “Further to my message yesterday about leaving a review on the Magna page, you need to go through Google maps, click on Magna, rate your review and them write your review. Much appreciated if you could leave your review.” 47 members of staff had been tagged in this post (including myself) this was sent with the intention of making the reviews seam much better and give a faults impression on the reality. Here’s the reality There is abuse of power towards women on the shop floor I should tell you, HR are unprofessional and if you join as a seasonal operator. Trust me you’re nothing but a combination of 5 digits to them You will be timed and put under pressure while other members of your team/peers will slack off and nobody will bat an eyelid. Please think hard before applying here!

Collected out of here quite a few times if live loaded it only takes them half hour they're quick and better now they have a shunter in the yard too!
