Booked a full service for one of our company cars at about 10pm the night before (booked online), and when I dropped off there was some confusion as it had not been added onto their end - the service team sorted it out once given all the details and all work was carried out by the end of the day. Also had a complementary wash and hoover out and all gearstick and steering wheel were clean wrapped - Natalia in Service was the one who made sure all was done - compliments to her and the team.
Fantastic showroom, clean tidy and best range of VW cars. The staff were fantastic really helpful thanks for the help Jake and Aki. If your looking for a new VW this is the place to buy. Keep up the good work guys
Melissa was very helpful in sorting my new car. From me showing an interest on the Monday, I was able to collect my car on the Friday the same week. She explained everything in full and responded to all of my emails within an hour or so. Would highly recommend the garage and Melissa.
