Social distancing here is on top form. Cant moan at them for that. Tbh you cant moan at the for much as they are very helpful if you ask them for help. Yes there is a que outside to get in but at least if it's raining your in your vechile and not getting wet.

spent 60 minutes in a roasting car on a weekday, Thursday I think, waiting to get in, with the current restrictions in place it means there is half the number of bays to allow for distancing, the staff were still as friendly and as helpful as ever, everybody in the line was waiting patiently as they could see it was for the benefit of everyone, doing a great job in light of the current situation. There is a diversion in place, if you approach from the big roundabout in between MOD roundabout and trench lock, you will turn into the industrial estate and find a diversion taking you around to the back of the centre to allow for a better line to form. you have to turn right into the centre, you cannot approach and turn left.
I wish people would stop giving bad star reviews because of the wait they have to endure! It's covid, what do you expect? - this shouldn't be a reflection on the facility when they have restrictions in place which causes these tail backs. Yes, there can be some ques but only at peek times so just try to avoid around those times. Staff are so friendly, the place is always clean and you're able to recycle all sorts of materials - if in doubt, anyone I've spoken to have always been happy to help - although be mindful that with the restrictions, they're not able to help when you've got a heavy load so make sure you're able to move it yourself before arriving :)
I was greeted by a member of staff who was very pleasant and helpful. The Covid restrictions were extremely well organized and the whole site was very clean.
Very well organised and safe. Plenty of signs and people to advise. No queue today which was good and would be handy if there was something on the web site to show when quieter times are. I think we are lucky in Telford regarding the waste service.
