placed an order for collection and all was in stock. There were 4 people ahead of me and I was there for over half an hour wait. only one person behind the counter all the others were in the office, to find out that they didn’t have an item (sponge) in stock when I eventually got to the counter and for some reason there was no other make or sponges in stock...! What a waste of time and effort ECP Telford is a waste of time coming here for something simply get it somewhere else. Not worth the time.

Orders aren't ready for collection and they're letting people just walk in and ask for advice etc so it's taking an average of 5 minutes per customer. There were 6 people ahead of me and I was there for over half an hour. Felt really sorry for the lad behind the counter as he was rushing about to work as quickly as possible. ECP Telford haven't adapted their way of working at all.

Good covid measures in place, I can see others writing reviews about the waiting time and the fact they only have one person on the till but this is clearly because of social distancing measures. they physically couldn't have more than one person on the till because the shop is so small . People need to wake up a realise this is the world we live in now. if you want specific parts then you need to wait in the que.. its not rocket science. staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.
