I phoned the Main Arriva Company on an 0345 Number, I asked were the No 5 Bus would be going as we had the bottom of the Wellington Road blocked, As the road was being dug up,They said there were no diversions, I mentioned that the Road was closed and they said that they couldn't see anything on there Computer and couldn't help me, So I stood at the Corner of Muxton Lane and Noticed that the No 5 Bus coming fromTelford was being diverted through Saltwell Drive and turning Right on to Muxton Lane and Back onto the Wellington Road to catch it opposite Sutherland Drive,on its way to Newport, I hope this is Helpful to People who need to catch this bus! And back up Saltwell Drive for going back to Telford.

Regarding the review left by Holy Kakonge , regarding the 827 Baswich bus , I can confirm the driver was myself ! Worst service ever , rude drivers never on time
this review is not for the company since most drivers are a nightmare. But today i met a driver on the 827 bus to Baswich, took off from \vivid ink\ bus stop at 14:39. Sidnt get his name but he has ear piercings with metal like earstudds. This man was amazing, friendly and kind. The number of the bus was 3845, number plate starts with v...hopefully someone can know who he is. Thank you so much Sir. You are a great with yoir customers and hopefully Arriva acknowledge that
