Nice place to spend a day when it is bad weather (like today). Many pools for the kids to play in and outdoor pool with salted water. If it is nice weather, there is a large area outside to swim an sunbathe. Discounted when you have the Stubai Card (first 3 hrs free entrance)

It’s a nice place, but our experience was’t the best. We came here to enjoy the sauna, but only in the pool area we found out it’s for additional charge and you need to have bathing shoes and towel. None of them is included in the ticket. At the end I asked the cashier if we could pay only for the sauna, because that’s what we really used (they could see it at wristband) but she didn’t care at all and said they tell everyone there are two separate areas (pool&spa). So hint for you, bring your own bathing shoes, towels and use the entrance to the right side of the reception.

Super deluxe pool at super deluxe prices. Makes the pools I swim in look like third world sink holes. It's more like a resort with a limited number of lanes for lap swimming. The water and facilities are generally clean and sparkly new. However, I wonder how accessible it is for the average person. It costs 13 Cdn a pop for an outsider. That's more than twice I normally pay for a swim. Why can't the pool offer an one hour option rather than a two-hour minimum stay so it's more affordable? As a parent, I am leery of video lifeguard stations especially when the screens are unmonitored. Nothing beats having a real lifeguard and eyes on deck in case there's a problem.

The pool has very nice part for small kids (2-4 years old, that is only 40cm deep, with large space, and the kids restroom located very close. However there is no part for Kids that learn swimming that would be up to 1m deep and the kids could touch the bottom. There is playground outside, you can buy food there, everything is new. Water in the slides a bit cold. With Stubai card there is 3 hours for free, it closes at 9pm. Comparing to swimming pool in Neustift - if you have younger kids, choose Stubay, with age 4-9 I would go to Freizeitzentrum Neustift Stubaital, and for good swimmers - definitely Stubay.
