Loved this place last year. Great cable car with a short walk to a decent cafe. Not for the faint hearted for heights though!
An excellent cable car that was built in 2003. Now is used for tourism attraction but some years ago the main pourpose was for take people down to the lands. I only see one cable in action, for six people but didn't see a lot of people to do the ride so don't worry because you do not need wait. This is a good experience and if you have scare of highs, or vertigo, take care can be interesting. Near exists a restaurant where you can lunch.
Very peculiar place, amazing landscapes, cable car and bar. Always a good stop to start your day!
Good food and an amazing vieuw on Camara de Lobos and Funchal.
We were stuck 5 hours at the bottom because of two mechanical problems.. it wasted a day of our vacations. Thankfully they refunded the 5/person ticket.
