Excellent service, above and beyond. Would highly recommend.
Terrible service and attitude, had an appointment booked, got cancelled due to rain apparantly ( there was a slight drizzle) asked to be called back with an alternative, no call so i called them back and the attitude was if you don't like it go somewhere else, as we had decided to only have half the job done i was told you cancelled half the work so maybe you should go else where. Surely it's our prerogative to decide which service we want. The engineer told me he was doing an inside job today (that fits) so would do ours tomorrow as the 2nd call, wouldn't give us a rough time and apparently told me to go elsewhere and put the phone down. Very rude, unprofessional and wouldn't even give them 1 star, diabolical service if they can afford to throw away a small job worth 200 good luck to them.
Excellent service, and professional
I have had an aerial installed about a month ago. I'm very pleased. They offer a very good service, the engineer is very respectful to my home, got rid of my old aerial and tidied the little amount of mess they've made. Definitely recommend!
