The shop's inventory is great, probably the best there is in Israel. The staff not so much. I only contacted with one person and he was rude and impatient. I hope I just happened to come on a bad day, but from what I've heard it's a common occurrence with him.

Top notch service and they carry a wide selection of skating merchandise. I've probably seen some of the best products in their store, you won't find this stuff anywhere else - really good quality and unique designs and surprisingly at decent prices. Guys at the shop are all great too - helpful, quick, and trustworthy. They know their stuff when it comes to skating and tools. Will be coming back for sure and 10/10 would recommend. All the best
Very bad customer service. After buying , we wanted to ask a question, the person that was infront of us was reluctant to answer, told us to call instant of listening to what we wanted to ask.
This was probably the worst buyer experience I've ever had. The customer service was horifying, I was looking for the store for around half an hour and whenever I called they had zero interest in guiding me towards the location of the store and kept hanging up the call, claiming they would call me back when they in fact never did. I eventually got the product, but I would never buy there again willingly.
They are selling used items as new. Bad customer service. Don't try it!

Good store! The friends bought me a gift card there. There are plenty of quality riding tools out there, I found out a lot about the same products online, and the prices at the store are excellent. The sellers there are experienced, great staff. Thanks
