Velayat Great Park with three million meters square is at the southwest side of Tehran. This park is at the 19th area of Tehran and is built at the spot of old Ghaleh Morghy airport and it has no rivals in the middle east in the aspect of extent. Recently a fast food and cafe complex has been established near happy castle in the park which is very nice. Has a good landscape and a great environment for families to enjoy a good evening in Tehran. It is a safe place with a very big parking lot.
Velayat Parks has been constructed in the grounds of the fortress of the Chicken Castle, the country's first air base, with a total area of 270 hectares. Velayat sports city includes aeronautics, rock climbing, bungee jumping, horseback riding, field motorcycle, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball and badminton, has been established on an area of 32 hectares. In The women's city of Boostan velayat, there are facilities such as football lawn, basketball courts, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pools. There are also car and motorbike rides, climbing tracks, cycling tracks, a covered playing area and playgrounds for children.
Very big place
It's nice place for \u200d️\u200d️biking, skateboarding, \u200d️\u200d️running, jogging and \u200d️\u200d️long walk. Complete circle would be around 6km. It's a fantastic place for a picnic with family and enough space for everyone. ️Not a tourist attraction.
It's a round Park with a bicycle road all around of it. It has some drink water and toilet services,but they are few ratio to area and population of Park. It has some playgrounds for children, and a good free skating ground that my boys enjoyed playing there.
Cozy!
Though it is not in a very fancy neighborhood, you can find lower class, real people there. You won't find the fake looks, fake faces, and fake smiles there. Everybody is real there. Romance is honest, family is warm, and hands are tied tough together. You will find the real, calm, and beautiful families of Tehran there. There also some fairs that are held periodically. They are worth the visit.
