Horrible service!!! I called at 10:45, and held the line for 41 minutes listening to the recording repeating the address a 1000 time. This is when the office closes at 12. If so, what a passenger must do? My flight is Sunday and I must change it due to my father’s sudden passing. No one is answering the line; they will close the office at noon; tomorrow is Friday and if they close at noon on a Thurs then they will for sure be closed on a Friday. Someone tell me what to? Ha Turkish, tell me what to do? This is unacceptable!! Flights are twice as expensive as last year. Service is awful and gone. At least hire enough employee!!! Now this?! Poorest service! I will never fly with this airline again, never. Unacceptable!

Turkish used to be my long-time favorite airline. I almost flew everywhere with THY. Unfortunately the service has declined dramatically. Part of this is understandable due to Covid, but Turkish seems to use this as an opportunity to cut corners. Food is reduced to a very basic small sandwich, with a miserable stale piece of cake, and some sugary fruit juice. No beverages served on board (either alcoholic or non-alcoholic, no tea or coffee). On a long-haul from U.S. the snack was a very small bag of crackers to supplement the barely enough meal. This is while they fill all the seats without social distancing and the toilets on board are not regularly cleaned. Flight attendants seem to do nothing except the occasional "pull up the mask" reminder. Really disappointing experience!

Generally it is good. But I received one of my suitcases damaged. Would give 3.5 or max 4 to Turkish airline compared to others. Anyway they competitive and I will fly with them again
Absolutely inattentive towards passengers
Turkish Airlines is the worst airline especially customer service if you travel with them you have to speak Turkish and they have their own low for gods sake
Worst airline... they need proper training to learn how to speak with customers
