The best place for a hike. I go there almost every morning and exercise for about one hour before going to the hospital. I suggest everyone should do this if they care about their health.

It is a good park and a quiet place
This is a really vast and amazing park where is located in the midtown in Tehran, Iran. So, I strongly recommend you to go there and hang on with your family and friends. It is located next to Hemmat, Modarres and Haghani highways in the municipality district 3. There are public transportations to access the park and also there is a very extensive communal car parking over there. Moreover, "Ab-o Atash" park and "Tabiat" bridge have access here. It is a cozy place to relax and camp in holidays. Area exceeds more than 300,000 square metres. Besides, a very good choice for jogging, running, cycling and skating. If you are interested in barbecue or roasting meat on grill no doubt that you cannot select a better place than here in Tehran. Moreover, a museum, a hotel whose name is "Eram Hotel" and a public library are adjacent to this park. It is interesting to know that the biggest flag of Iran is set up on a heel. A lot of pergolas, a mosque, a wooden path and many wooden benches are the most important features that you can use them. Finally, I should mention that so many surveillance cameras in the park and security guards or police officers attend all over. Therefore, the security in the park is very good for all of visitors.
Panoramic views of Tehran you can find in here. But you must be very careful about the park especially when it gets dark. I don’t think it is very safe.
