Deli coffee, good for a hop with friends. Mainly young lads are around. Waiters attitude is good and polite Prices are Tehran standard They serve sandwiches and Nutella/ Waffles plus different hot and cold drinks. Place is small inside but the 4 outdoor tables are always busy. Parking is accessible.
