I think Poopak is one of the top ten best confectioners in Tehran. Don't miss their Danish pastry, cheesecake, finger foods, cakes, and croissants. HIGHLY recommend *But keep in mind, it's always challenging to find a parking spot in Yousef Abad!!!

This confectionary and the other one, BiBi, made Yousef-Abad famous for delicious pastries and cakes. Interestingly, these two confectionaries are both in the same business, but with their own competitive advantages. This one was famous for its cheesecakes and other pastries. Some things about this place: 1. Crowded mostly on most of day time hours, since this area is congested with people and cars. 2. Parking spot is a challenge. 3. To get the pastries fresh, check out the baking hours, before putting yourself into the traffic troubles.
One of the best pastries in Tehran. They know what they do , the're good at it and they've been doing it for more than 50 years. They Croissants have no rivals in Tehran are even better than some original french ones you would eat in France.The the prices are good compared to those up-town over expensive places with the same or even lower quality. Highly recommended.
