Nice and kinda nostalgic theater hall. Acoustic and seat arrangement are completely standard in terms of viewing the scene, but seats are really uncomfortable that's an important thing to consider specially if you have to sit there for long time.

This place has two performing art venues (Main Hall & Small Hall) with an spacious lobby plus a small café inside it where all of them are in a vast courtyard. There are great spaces for performers in both of mentioned venues but audience seats aren't so proper.

The nostalgic Molavi hall has seen a lot of stars and immortal moments to itself. It has good accessibility by Subway but the very location itself is very crowded.
