Consumption of seafood is of special importance for the body and can have a different effect on our health. Meat is low in fat and rich in omega-3 and other minerals. Do not neglect their consumption. The best blessing is health. Let's try to preserve it

A fish fry worthy of being called the best in Tehran. Lakan is a hole in the wall and is not for the shishi and faint hearted. But if you want the freshest fish expertly fried than Lakan is your place. The menu has Caspian Whitefish and some other fresh fish that is available on the market- usually a fish from the Persian Gulf. The fish is always fresh but the owners are experts at preparing it. Meals are usually served with rice. Special mention should be made of the Mirza-Ghasemi which is the perfect balance of eggplants, tomatoes, and garlic. Parking is very difficult it Enghelab square has Avery crowded parking lot that, if you are lucky, may let you park there. I recommend taking the public transport.

It is one of the oldest sea food restaurants in Tehran which provides you with very high quality fish. It used to serve some kinds of imported fish, but today its menu included only iranian types of fish. We ordered Mahi Sefid and Halva which both were really great and sooo delicious. I do not know how they get access to fresh fish from both south and north of Iran, but both types were so tasty and fabulously cooked. The prices are almost high for an old and not-classy type of restaurant like this, but the foods are really reaaallly delicious and with high quality and the owner is a really nice and kind old man.

I love this place. I ordered a great breakfast. Pancakes dripping in Vermont maple syrup. French Waffles dripping in Vermont maple syrup. A Denver Omelette filled with American cheese. Hash browns covered with Heinz Tomato Ketchup. Toast with 100% Irish butter and a side order of Philadelphia Cream cheese. It wasn’t good because the restaurant didn’t have any of that. It was weird. I just sat at my table while Irani Police just stared at me with angry faces. I tried to explain that I was not a white American trapped in a hostile country. That in fact I was a extremely white Cuban loving my vacation in beautiful Irani country. The Irani Police did not believe me. But with the help of a beautiful Persian woman I was able to escape, thus the 5 star rating.

Food was not bad, but expensive and more important l prefer to have food in a place with polite and respectfull staff and owner. The old man was so rude. U can find restaurants with better food and less price. The ambiance is trible. Once there were sime hairs in my friend's dish. :((
