Trial production and training of employees were carried out by German Engineers and concluded in 2005. Afterward, the factory initiated the mass production process, in 2006, after many months of research and collaboration with the ministry of "House and building"​, "Ghete va Sakhtemane Kurt Co."​ Obtained the technical certificate from the aforementioned institute. BY the end of 2013, after years of collaboration with national manufacturers and contractors "Ghete va Sakhtemane Kurt Co."​ has built more than 10000 apartment units. Due to our practical and scientific knowledge obtained after the construction of 1 million square meters we can proudly claim our capability for providing the necessary technology for projects developed nationally or in the neighboring countries.
