What I like most about this cafe is atmosphere and design. It's placed on a roof garden of a big shopping center with a very eye catching view. Menu contains a variety of items including dessert, coffee, herbal tea and fast food. They also offer breakfast. The cafe is accessible with both elevators and escalators so wheelchair entrance is possible. The restroom is also available in the 3rd floor. Parking is available. Prices are rather higher than other cafes but not much.

Very pleasant place, with an amazing view, staff are super friendly and polite, but the quality of drinks and cakes(specially cakes!) are satisfying! It could be much more better.

A cafe and restaurant with Italian style at the top of Arg shopping center with very warm and pleasant design and decoration. The staff are really polite and responsible but they may miss something from your order when the cafe is crowded and you need to remind them. Their prices are a bit high, but considering its location is acceptable.
Cafe Florian .Diba company made the place more accessible in different weather conditions and designed the saddle base canopy for this restaurant

Great authentic Italian food. Fresh ingredients, perfect taste of pizza and pasta. However make sure you have enough time, cause it has a very slow service. Waiting time about an hour.
