It is very orderly and their staff are polite and professional, as well as the space and equipment are pretty good.
I would definitely recommend Tehran IELTS to test takers. It is undoubtedly on of the best in a kind. Staff members are so polite,friendly,precise and prestigious. Facilities including,headphones are cutting edge technology. The test saloon was perfectly sanitized(because of coronavirus), well organized and so clean. Overall ,I has such a great experience with them and I can't thank them enough
The process of IELTS exam was fine and everything went well. All the staffs were completely responsible for every details and It was great. I just had a little trouble after the exam reaching for a person to answer my question about one issue that I had. I could manage to get my answer after 3 times calling so one thing that I would improve in IELTS Tehran would be the call center.
Apart from all the good characteristics that IELTS Tehran possesses ranging from the responsible and responsive personnel and amicable and quiet test environments to proper education before the exam for assisting you to obtain the suitable score and also holding the mock exams to make you well prepared for the real ones, regarding this pandemic situation all over the world, you need to make sure that you are safe during almost a 4-hour exam. The IELTS Tehran seemed a pretty good choice to me. Since they try to do their best to provide all the necessary gear to keep you safe such as masks and gloves before entering the exam center, and also they sanitize all the chairs, headsets, lockets, and other stuff regularly to keep all the participants secure from the Virus which is really the peace of mind during this tough condition.
Well, I took the exam on October 2020, and every stage of the exam appeared to be completely in accordance with the required safety protocols for COVID-19. The staff were really helpful and welcoming both prior and during the test. The speaking test center had a calm atmosphere and the behavior of the examiner himself was totally professional. The written test arena completely met the safety precautions and the sound quality for the listening section was perfect in every aspect. Overall, it was an experience to remember.
The procedures and the protocols followed for IELTS tests in Tehran are according to the standards and looks fine. However, I believe that the reviewing process is not. Marking the answers and especially evaluating the writing part of the test is not fair and has become more strict during the last 2 or 3 years. Despite what is mentioned in the website regarding the right of the exam takers to ask for re-evaluation, the cost is too high (almost half of the cost of IELTS) that few people can afford it.
Hi , I just got my results and its unbelievable . Big thanks to IELTS Tehran's team.. Superb staffs, awesome atmosphere , kind and generous examiners. Thank you thank you thank you all! It was my first try on IELTS exam and I got 7 and It was exceedingly close to the mock tests.By the way, they are way way more responsive through Email compare to the phone so keep it in mind.
