I'm fan of cultural centers and I can say this one is really good,kind and friendly staff,and variety of products and books. It has 4 floors firs floor is provided for children stuff and game boards, second one is for Persian books and some other accessories,third one is for English books and gift shop and the last floor is cafe. The only thing I can complain about it is price!it's a bit more expensive than other stores.

A good, big and helpful book store with an small coffee shop
a very calming place at several floors. it provides a great variety of persian anf foreign books. it also has decorative, musical and art stuff. it also has many spots so you can sit and read a book. there is a cafe on the toppest floor which you can spend some quality times there.
My favourite book store in Tehran. It's a congenial, lovely and pleasant place to purchase books, neat decorations and mugs. They have all the latest releases and bestsellers.
