DHL express office is on the same street around 100 meter far from this building. There is only 1 guy who can speak English a little bit. The nearest metro station name is Mirza-ye Shirazi. From that metro station you can walk for around 15 minutes to reach DhL express office.

I should have sent my documents for a visa process to Europe. They told me that would be no problem but in Emirates they have opened the envelope and returned it to Iran. They also told me that the return envelope would be delivered to me after 3 to 5 days but now it has been almost 2 weeks and their track system says that my envelope is now in Oman!!! What the heck??? Guys! You may simply ruin my life plan with your lies and I could have missed the university enrollment just because of you.
I had the worst experience with this post office. Took 25 days for a simple document to arrive in Canada and that caused major problems for my visa process. Never going to trust them again. This experience happened to many of my friends too!
I sent a business sample to another country about couple of years ago the services was really good, but now because of international limitations they refuse to accept commodities and things just paper work. which is not so good

I was impressed with the customer service at DHL office in Tehran. They went extra miles to help me out with meeting my delivery date. I was charged by Iranian Custom way more than I could imagine (FYI: recommended retail price was 2100, GST inclusive and I had to pay 500 import tax). Such a rip-off!... For this sole reason, In the future, I will not send anything to Iran unless it is inevitable. DHL, however, took the time to explain the import charges and tried to fast track my delivery by finding an out of schedule delivery. I could not expect more from them. Its good to see something works back there!..
the receptionist was reliable, caring and extremely polite. Customer service is fantastic.
