I'm new to owning a home and to buying oil as well. The ladies in the office were very polite and helped me understand how it all works. As soon as I decided I am going to be their customer and made my payment they arrived at my door in about 30 minutes. I was wowed I expected a few hours later but they really earned all 5 stars. Thank you Teddy's Oil for great customer service and prompt service as well. Just because of the customer service I chose Teddy's Oil.

Great service - they really helped us out when our burner went out late on the weekend and came by the next day to clean the system out. Professional, friendly, etc. Their deliveries are also very prompt and timely. We highly approve!

They'll give you an nice price the first time after they lock you in. Then they'll fill your tank even though that's not what you asked for and charge you an absurd price per gallon. Wouldn't recommend.
