Handel could definitely fall in love with acoustic of that library building since whistle in corner is to be much louder in another corner. TU deserves better one for sure.

A beautifully designed library where working is very enjoyable. The cafeteria has pretty low prices but the coffee and other products keep their high quality. The library does have an overcrowding problem though - with the recent increase of number students in the TU, starting one month before the exams, it becomes pretty hard to find available places to work. It's pretty tiring to go through all the four stories just to realize that the library is full. They should implement a maximum number of people policy, or warn student at the entrance that no seat is available.

Its unfathomable to me that a university library has such restricted hours and isn't open on Sunday. The comments about noise, toilets, and layout also hold true. The lockers are a hassle but not a deal breaker.
