We just wanted to say many thanks for all your help and advice that you recently gave us when we was looking for a scooter for our Daughter. We popped over to TECHMOTO to see a great selection of scooters, the salesman was very polite, helpful and very patient; as we didn't know which scooter we wanted for our daughter. Bought a Fireblade in August, the bike was exactly as described, was a fair price and came with original / previous owner’s extra bits (screen, exhaust, optimate charger etc). The bike has been faultless since I rode it away, fantastic customer service - would definitely recommend!!
Fantastic customer service experience from start to finish and the repair has made the bike feel amazing! I took my RXS100 in as it was almost unridable due to frequent stalling and power delivery issues. It was my first time visiting, and I was extremely impressed by the level of honesty, knowledge and friendliness I received. The repair was fairly priced and ended up coming under initial the estimate. Workmanship was to the highest standard. Communication was great throughout. The bike is now an absolute joy to ride, and I don’t think I’ve ever had customer service as good, such a please to deal with TechMoto. Will be back again for sure!

Stjohn at Techhmoto goes above and beyond to help individually, EXCELLENT service, could not praise more. I came to Techmoto looking for a bike, StJohn gave me his recommendations and helped through the whole process, even though I had a low budget and was very picky. I was openly looking also in other places, and he gave me his honest opinions on other dealers and offered help even though I ended up buying a bike from somewhere else. Due to circumstances I had to sell the bike 2 months later, and I sold it trough Techmoto. Trouble free process, all honest and straight forward, money was on my account the next day. Very passionate person running their business as it should be, thanks StJohn, will come back 100%
