My iphone 6 had a broken charge port, he fixed it while i had lunch and even charged it too. Good service and price.

Went into Phone Check in a Beckenham high St, to repair smashed screen in my iPhone. The guy named Prince told me it would cost 80.00, for a like to like exact match of Apple quality and a 3 month warranty Reluctant to pay such a high amount I thought like for like and a warrenty would almost pretty much guarantee good quality! What a bad mistake, within minutes of leaving the shop the screen was flickering, I returned to inform him of the problem and also told him I was travelling for the summer and would not. E able to rerun the phone until my return. Went away with the family, the full flickering screen managed to ruin almost every photo taken, and almost drove me to have an epileptic fit every time I tried to read a message or an email. Upon return I went straight. Ack to to the store, the partner Singh seemed less helpful and wasn't very forthright in the inconvenience caused for a hefty screen change cost of 80.00 plus a new case for 20.00. He recharged the screen to yet again another poor quality screen (definitely not a like for like or that that Apple would use) The following day I had to visit yet again, to summarise 6 parking tickets and costs of time and inconvenience, Singh suggested he put my smashed screen back on the phone and refund my money. I agreed as he wasn't very helpful and told him I wanted a full refund for the case too, which he refused too refund or even compensate towards. Again I left the faulty screened phone for him to restore the old screen and returned after an hour to. W told he could not find my screen and would find another screen to replace it with. What shocking lack of quality, service and conduct. He obviously was not interested in repairing my phone. I left the shop and have not returned and still have a phone which does not function properly. Think twice before entering and three times before spending any of your money in Tech-check.
