Bought a printer here before lockdown which has stopped working today. Google Business details say the store is open … its not! Tried calling 4 x times and after varying wait times (over two hours) heard someone actually pick up the call and cancel it. Sent an email to customer.services - got a reply back to say the email box is no longer active - go to their Contact Us page on the website which has neither a contact form or email address. The only contact method is letter!? or phone (which they don't answer)!

Looking for an apple watch wanted to see sizes and was told we couldn't physically touch until after sale as too many stolen. Left store and purchased elsewhere no problems and not treated like potential thief!

Last 3 trips: 1. My item was beam lost (recieved day before email that I can come and pick up item)... 2. Send different laptop Lenovo instead hp omen... 3. Could not pay with card as kid behind counter did not know how to do it... my advice: first train your staff

Watch for ripoff by Team knowhow. They tell you lies to go for Cover insurance an appliance and when it comes to repairs they show you small prints that they never mention at the date of purchase. I paid 5 years cover and they refused to repair my tv for 2nd time. I had a cover in previous 5 years but never asked to repair my tv. Unfortunately on my second 5 years cover for new tv they refused 2nd repirs. Never buy appliance in Currys when it's cheaper to get online from different supplier.
