Great good , lovely service. There is Mac D's and greggs and sub way near (swearwords to this cafe lol) but I love this cafe. They have sugar and sweetener, plus the allergy advice is clearly shown. Great staff and it's always clean. Great atmosphere.

The best priced Breakfast in Romford. Very friendly, very cosy.
If you want to wait an hour for a standard breakfast then its ok but if you want it quicker without the staff being too busy nattering go somewhere else ..poppins is cheaper and quicker

This place has been going since I was a young girl. Originally in the old original shopping hall but when rebuilt due to a fire they are now based upstairs. It's a pleasant atmosphere, nice food and friendly staff. Reasonable price and you get your moneys worth.
