Wonderful food! Great service from Sam and his dad the chef! Highly recommend the pan fried dumplings, beef with garlic. All food is freshly made, spring rolls are particularly good. This is the third time I have ordered and the food has been consistent and delicious! 10 out of 10 from me.....

We ordered the spring rolls and the hot pot. The food was very good. The place is very clean. The spring rolls were perfectly cooked, not oiled at all. The hot pot was an amazing experience. The broth had a unique flavour. The staff was very friendly. We were the only ones ordering the hot pot and the waitress put all together just for us and very gladly. We totally recommend.
We placed an order through Deliveroo at 7pm, which was expected around 7:30-8pm. By 9pm with still no dinner, we tried to contact the restaurant. I tried to call the restaurant 17 times, but no one answered. Sometimes it went directly to voicemail. I contacted Deliveroo and they couldn't get through to the restaurant either. Our food arrived at 9:40pm with multiple items missing. We're lucky that Deliveroo could refund us for them because the Tea House would never answer their phone to know that items were missing. This isn't the first time that the Tea House has delayed our orders and been impossible to contact either. I understand that there can be a busy rush time in a restaurant, but proper management is hiring enough employees to handle those rush periods to where you can at least answer the phone.
Customer Service and Food was amazing!! definitely one of the best Chinese restaurant/takeaway in Cambridge!! Always feel welcomed so will definitely be going back! Advice everyone to try!
Had the hotpot from here a couple of times, and it is just amazing! Great selection of food, great broth, decent pricing. Definitely recommend.
