Visited to look for gifts, this shop had a brilliant selection of gifts from small businesses. Really well thought and beautiful piece. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely little cafe. Only had a hot chocolate (which was a real treat) but really comfy & a good team waiting on. Plus it has loads of gorgeous little crafty items for sale.

Great staff, super friendly with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Great food, recommend the cheese and caramelized onion toastie also Sue makes the best cakes. It's also served on Amy's (owns and runs the tearoom) fine bone china ware, that's also available to buy in store. It's such a lovely concept to combine a tearoom with a shop that sells local artists work, which is great. Supporting the highstreet and independent makers. So many beautiful pieces, I want to buy everything!

The best cinnamon toast I've ever had.\ This quote from a friend aptly sums up our experience of Tea-Cake. The service was quick and friendly, willing to offer a hand when advice was needed while ordering. The cafetieres of coffee are great, allowing you to have a couple of cups of coffee without paying through the roof. Certainly, the cups aren't huge but it's a nice touch compared to drinking just a single cup of coffee. There is a small selection of different strengths of coffee, including a decaffeinated blend. All the food that we had was very tasty, too. The china crockery is designed locally and is really attractive, bringing a lovely feel to this \totally locally\ cafe.
