Zero star if possible. The customer service reps are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called them a couple of days ago as there was a power cut. The rep said she didn't know anything and couldn't provide me with any information in the most dead-pan voice. She then hung up on me halfway through a question I was asking. Ridiculous. To top it all off, my monthly bill nearly matches the power bill from my electricity provider. I'll definitely be looking into this further.

I will be a new user of you. When I start reading reviews, I am really shocked. Nobody want to give them good review for there services. I think they don’t bother about your comments or reviews. If you want to live on this area you have to take there rude services or good services. I will rewrite it if I get some good quality services.

Would be no stars if possible. This company is disgraceful. Increased my daily charges by 1200% when my house was vacant. Called for an explanation and get a rude smug customer service agent who says that my house is now temporary accommodation and I must pay more as its not fair on the other people in the area if I dont pay my share of lines maintenance. I need to get a letter from a lawyer saying I live their before they will change the daily rate back. Power bill for an empty house only running the lines company smart smart meter is 30 per month. The Lines bill for the same month is 90. Also they don't share smart meter readings with Power companies so they still need to send someone round to read your meter. Government implemented no prompt payment discounts for power providers so the Line Company changes to a 'late payment fee' scum

I think they are criminal. They say they don't sell electricity. The charge for the delivery of power plus the use of their lines. So you still need to buy power from a retailer, like genesis.

Gosh.....my bill is twice that of other places in Waikato. Raglan total power bill 250, Te Kuiti its 700 for lines alone and 600 for Trust power. How is this happening in NZ

This is the worst company in New Zealand. My power bill is 37 my lines bill is 87 this has gotten worst since the lines company implemented their "better way to pay" over the last year.

Wow...shocking. Nowhere else in New Zealand is there a two bill system for one product. And why is this allowed in this country. Why is our MP not questioning this draconian standover type billing system. Nice place backwards type power system. Get rid of it now.
