Really good service received today from Church Rd pharmacy. They are really stretched at the moment and really doing their best under really difficult times . I was low on one of my meds and they went out of their way to deliver them for me . Thank you very much it was really appreciated. Nd.

Annoying. Always a queue. Staff seem deliberately slow. They can be rude and huffy about your visit. They have often run out of medicine so I have waited ages for nothing. They still take a lunch break and close the shop! Who does that these days? If they want to compete with national companies like Boots and Morrisons they have to move with the times. I had my last visit there today and will now be going elsewhere. Something seems to have changed in the last 2-3 years to make them like this. Shame. Oh and they sell homeopathic 'remedies'. Ridiculous.
I went here this morning to get paracetamol suspension as my daughter is teething. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful and seemed desperate to get me out of there. The lady who appeared to be in charge spoke about the people waiting outside with utter contempt. In a time like this when people are uncertain and frightened a little humility and kindness goes a long way. I would have thought professionals would act better. I came out very upset and still without any paracetamol suspension for my little girl.
I use this pharmacy monthly. I have nothing to complain about from my visits. Staff are busy but helpful.
This was the best Pharmacy in Plymouth, however in recent years the service offered here has declined. There is very little parking and although it has a wide doorway wheelchair users will really struggle to get in here due to the cramped parking conditions right in the front door. This pharmacy does offer the electronic prescription service straight from your doctor surgery, however we have been in to collect and the pharmacy has lost the prescription altogether. It has been sad to see this place decline in such a way and I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Such a shame.
