I discovered Taywell Farm Shop while taking the scenic route home from Kent. I'm glad I decided to pop in. Lovely little farm shop with a good range of products, including some impressive looking sausage rolls (see image). I'll definitely return to buy some more!

We were looking forward to shopping for Christmas at Taywell as it had good reviews. It was however a very sad experience. The products and choice were very good but the shop was let down by poor customer service. I would have hoped 2 days before Christmas a smile. Eye contact. A hello. A Merry Christmas even. But no. \Card or Cash\ was all that was offered, whilst the man behind me in the queue waited to be served by the 2 remaining staff who were engrossed in their chat. 50 later, I felt saddened by the whole scenario.
Went pumpkin picking here with some friends and this place is just beautiful. If you are looking for big or unusual types of pumpkins, this is the best place to visit. The trees and nature are picturesque with a wide open space to walk about. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the farm shop has a lot of local produce so if you want to support local businesses and buy organic food and produce, this is a fantastic place to visit! There is also some incredible wildlife paintings to see from a local artist that is avaliable to buy. As well as spacious parking, there is an outside café, for October they had an incredible pumpkin laté and delicious hot chocolate, as well as outside benches to sit on and just take it in. I will need to visit again in the future and recommend it highly.
Went \Pumpkin picking\ with our Grandchildren at the weekend, great to have such amenities with local produce on our doorstep, really looking forward to the opening of the cafe which should be easily accessible by car at least, which is a change for Goudhurst : )
