I love this gym but it’s getting really annoying when I pull up at opening time and taking a nap for an hour and the doors still aren’t open. It’s the only time I have for the weekend before kids games. Very disappointing.
My car got broken into at this location and instead of cooperating with the police VASA is refusing to cooperate and WILL NOT give any type of surveillance footage to the police. The police told me it wasn’t the first time VASA refused to cooperate. Which is starting to make me thing it was one of the employees. Ivv be understand that we sign the terms and agreement and somewhere it states that they’re not responsible for what goes on in the parking lot but to not even try and help when something happens on THEIR property is ridiculous.
I like this gym a lot. Just wish the employees would put more effort. The free weights, especially in the back platform area are always an unorganized mess. Lots of the platforms are falling apart at this point. Including the one next to the pool. The men’s bathroom is really gross. The floor needs to be cleaned ASAP. I hope this gym will continue to update their machines as well. A glute ham raise would be a fantastic addition to the gym.
Most of the time only a few treadmills are working. There are always a handful of the cable machines broken. The gym is mostly clean.
I tried to cancel my membership two months ago. they said they would call me back and never did. I woke up this morning and they took 104 out of my account even though I tried to cancel and haven’t used my membership in over a month. I called customer service and she was not helpful and told me that she can’t help me and if I want to cancel it’s another 25. There goes 130 for a membership I don’t even use.
Great place for working out and doing cardio. I love coming here! Machines and equipment could be cleaner tho :) great service too!!!
