We used James to find a tenant for us and he was great. Communication was timely, he was knowledgeable and offered advice and followed up after each viewing. Even with Christmas in between our property was only vacant for just over a month. Thank you for great service James.

The team at Taylors handled my recent sale in an exemplary manner. The service throughout was personal and courteous, and professional. From first contact through to completion the team kept me fully informed and well advised; the marketing/publicity was positive, and they brought a steady stream of viewers to my property. They kept me fully informed the whole time, with feedback on every viewing. I'd like to give a special mention to Vanessa, who never dropped the ball and who inspired confidence, and Cameron and Henry who played a vital role of getting the marketing right, dealing with viewers and providing feedback. Once the sale was underway the three of them responded rapidly and helpfully to queries; and when necessary they went the extra mile, whether for me or the buyer. I unhesitatingly recommend Taylors of Leighton Buzzard.
A special thank you to Vanessa at Taylors. From the first viewing to the actual moving in day, Vanessa offered exceptional service. She found us our dream home and worked extremely hard to keep us informed, chase everyone that needed to be chased and make moving house a positive experience. She is proactive, professional and just lovely. So impressed and would definitely recommend Taylors to others.
From the moment we made contact, to the home visit, to the purchase, communication & chasing, all were fantastic and whatever challenges were thrown in the chain these were dealt with. Vanessa was always available if we needed her and I would not hesitate to use Taylors in the future or recommend them. 5 star service. Henry, Vanessa & Elliot were very professional, polite, friendly and responsive all the way through. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you guys. A very special mention to Vanessa for all of her hard work in ensuring all in the chain we up to date at all times and for ensuring we were able to move ASAP.
The team at Taylor's were fabulous. They took care of everything whilst we were living abroad. The communication has been great and they constantly kept us up to date. We had offers on the table within hours of it going on the market. We couldn't have asked for better service. Vanessa was AMAZING and gave things that extra push when we needed it.
