The pizza itself was good. The presentation was absolutely horrible. I ordered Nov 11th for a delivery. I opened my box to find the cheese shifted all the way to the left corner of the box. I would appreciate if they did something to make up for that, because it makes me not want to order again.

Terrible customer service! On Saturday, I ordered pizzas online for pickup on Sunday at noon for a family event. I received an order confirmation with the correct time and date included. However, when Sunday rolled around I went into the store to pick up my food they had no record of my order whatsoever. I showed them my order confirmation and their response was just that the company who takes their online orders did not inform them of the order, so they didn’t have it. I spoke to the manager, Dan, and all I got was that I could place a new order (and pay again) And wait for new pizzas. No apology, no offer of a refund, no offer to help in any real way. I was stuck with no food for a family gathering in 30 minutes. I went home and ordered from another pizza place and they got me my food fast. I called later to attempt to get a refund and when the rude young lady who answered the phone finally got me a manager I was told that my food was mistakenly made the day prior and thrown away when I didn’t show up... I called again later and they finally discovered their error. Still waiting on refund
