Amy Abbott - what an asset to Taylor Rose!!! Buying a house during a pandemic has been so stressful.. But none of the stress came from the legal side thanks to Amy. Amy was the most wonderful person to work on our case from start to finish. Amy is so efficient in everything she does. We were so impressed with how fast and responsive she was whenever we contacted her. Nothing was ever too much trouble, we were never made to feel like a number - she made everything very personal and friendly. It was obvious she cared about the details as much as we did. I called her so often (thanks to hold-ups, which were out of our control) but she always greeted me on the phone with a bubbly friendly tone, happy to help and answer any questions. I have just bought my first home, during a pandemic (!) and Amy Abbott has been INCREDIBLE. Amy is extremely efficient and so thorough. My purchase was not the most straight forward or quick and she was so incredibly patient and took the time to make sure I knew exactly what needed doing and when. I would recommend Amy in a heartbeat! She has taken out the stress of what had the potential to be an incredibly stressful situation. I have been continually impressed. by Amy's level of professionalism and how quick she is to respond. She also never made me feel like I was asking too many questions (I had lots!!). Lisa was amazing from start to finish, I am a first time buyer and had no clue about the process and especially being in the current climate and at Christmas Lisa was able to finish the sale within a month!
