I've been going here for my sight test for over 20 years and it's always fantastic service in every aspect. Especially with the further restrictions at the moment, I was made to feel as welcome as ever, but perfectly safe at all times. Taras cleaned every piece of equipment during the sight test, and is always helpful with advice. When choosing the frames, Sophie and Tom were as helpful as ever and ensured that everything was safe throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone for any assistance. Thanks!

For many years Taylor Biddle Wombourne have looked after my eye care. They give the highest levels of customer service and are always warm and welcoming. Being very honest, even knowing this, I did have some anxiety about having my annual eye check during a pandemic. Almost immediately after walking through the door I felt relaxed and confident. All the staff were wearing PPE and there were lots Covid safe measures in place including screens. Thank you James, Cheryl and Taras - I need not of worried! A lovely of bunch of people who really care.
Taylor Biddle staff are friendly and professional and have always provided excellent customer service. The branch is immaculate and felt safe and Covid-secure on my recent visit!
visited after a recommendation from entering to end of appointment I cannot fault them and I was extremely impressed the process throughout was efficient and professional though very friendly I had scans which were very comprehensive and well worth the fee and a full eye exam with the highly competent optician Mr. Taras Lac everything was explained and I had plenty of time to ask questions James then helped me to choose new frames and detailed all the costs nothing was too much trouble and I trusted his judgement and at no time did I feel pressured to buy Sophie and Cheryl were also on hand to conduct scans and advise they could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable everything was spotlessly clean there was hand gel and regular wiping of touched surfaces I felt very safe I have also signed for their monthly scheme which is great value and I know my eye health is in very good hands I cannot recommend them enough
