Great authentic Mexican food at an affordable price. Lunch menu is huge! If your in the area stop by for some great food. I had the fajita chicken burrito. 7.99 can't beat it.
Although the food is always good I can only give one star because COVID safety was very bad the night I picked up my food. Last Friday, January 15 I had to go into dinning room to pick up my order. There were no 6 ft. Markings on floor in front of cash register and their was a line of people for pickup. Every table was taken in their very small dining room. Tables full of family's with no distancing Between tables or empty tables. Two of the gentlemen behind the cash register were not wearing masks. Service and food was good but lack of safety Was deplorable. At least offer curbside pickup. If you and your family chose to eat at Taxco You HAVE BEEN WARNED.
What's not to love about this place?! Delicious, authentic Mexican food at a price point you can't beat. The service is always quick, and the employees are very friendly. Taxco is the first place I recommend to anyone looking for someplace to eat in Atlanta!
The food was excellent and well priced, especially for the area. I'd give 3 stars for the service. I watched servers go to 2 tables that were sat after me. My server finally came over, took my order, and I didn't see him again until I was finished. No one asked how my food was or if I even needed anything. I'd go back, but I'll most likely order to go.
