I use these guys for my testing for work, always within 24 hours sometimes faster. So impressed with their service- Keith & Georgie in customer service have always been fab. They have an online chat which is really fast for questions & changes which is better for me than being stuck on hold. Have so far used BH for about 30 tests all on time with no delays. Best service there is in my opinion!

Tried the Thyroid Premium Gold test. The pack had clear instructions. Taking blood required some patience but achieved the full sample. Posted Monday morning and results arrived on Wednesday via email. Clear results with ranges. I understand that this method may not offer the accuracy of blood samples taken by a nurse, but assuming they are reliable I would highly recommend the service.

Do NOT use this service if you want to be sure to get results. My experience mirrors that of others who have provided reviews (I wish I had read them first). Everything went fine with delivery and pick up of swab. UPS picked up swab on Friday (for which I paid a 25 premium). Results were due on Sunday. No results Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. I sent several emails to assistance to which I got no response. The only place I got some idea of what was going on was on the chat line. Finally got results on Wednesday – but it is not clear they are valid as there was a four-day lag between taking sample and having it tested. Waiting for an answer to that issue. I would have to say that follow up customer service is horrible. There is no follow up, no apologies, no attempt to check whether the swabs are being received. There seems to be little understanding or acknowledgement that not receiving results of a COVID test is not the same as receiving a book late from Amazon. I have been promised a full refund – we will see if I get it.

What a fantastic company. Communication was prompt and informative, tests received the day after they were requested and results within a day. Very friendly and helpful customer facing people too, and well priced!

Same day results from personal delivery to laboratory local site. Easy to perform self test so delivery to lab same day. Blue Horizon emailed results evening same day. This leaves time to transfer to Spanish APP, required for flight airports landing proceeders. The quicker and cheaper Lamp test is all that is required for Spain arrivals
