I have no reasons to like this place. Overcrowded and the atendants are antipathetic . I remember one time I asked for how much I had to wait to be received by the doctor (my consultation were already booked) and the secretary looked to me has I were insulting her. Don't forget the last time I went there to decide never to come when a doctor charged 80 bucks for just 15 minutes attendance. Never more!
It was our second injury that needed stitches and both times we chose to come to the clinic... we waited for over two hours both times and were ignored by both the receptionists and the doctors even with open wounds. However once we were seen the doctors are very nice and accommodating!
Always busy. Very good receptionists. And excellent doctors and nurses. The phone lines get overloaded. You can always book online. Wonderful facility
If you love waiting, this place is perfect for you ! Ignore the massive private healthcare monthly charges, you will still wait and wait with no information or expectation on being seen
l called and had to wait 10 minutes then was attended and disconnected. tried again but no answer. Chaos clinic . USELESS DO NOT GO THERE !!!

as consultas sempre 5 estrelas. Maa estou a contactar por aqui para desmarcar uma consulta amanha dia 11 Dez. 2020 Urulogia. Depois de ter tentado ligar hoje umas 5 vezes sem resposta ou possibilidade de deixar mensagem. Também não encontrei um email. Obrigado.
