We asked Stilings to carry out a full Building Survey of a house we were intending to buy. The report was extremely thorough and included many supporting photographs. Tim was very helpful by talking us through some of the more significant findings and providing guidance on the actions that would need to be taken should we choose to proceed with the purchase. This information enabled us to make an informed decision. We will definitely ask Tim to inspect any future property that we are interested in before completing a purchase.

My husband and I recently asked Tim to survey a property that would have been a very significant investment. He did a superb job highlighting issues that only his expertise, thoroughness and attention to detail could reveal. We particularly appreciated the many photographs he took which enabled us as lay people to understand and see things for ourselves. He also talked us through any photographs we didn't fully understand explaining everything in a most helpful way. We are very grateful to Tim and would highly recommend his services which we will most certainly employ again ourselves should we find another property that falls into his geographical area.
Spoke to Tim over the phone for a half hour regarding a homebuyers survey. Unfortunately he had surveyed the property before so was unable to do a survey on the one we were looking into (due to conflict of interest) but was so incredibly helpful and thorough with the property we were looking at and raised several concerns we hadn't been aware of. Extremelly useful, can't recommend enough.
