trip honiton recommended this company to us for my elderly parents iphoned them on monday and they did a home assessment on tues no pressured sales talk no hidden costs very kind gent talked to my parents who agreed to have a lift fitted {[ 1600 straight 13 stairs} to my surprise no deposit needed and it was fitted the next day by James who phoned to apologise that he was running late arriving at lunchtime fitted it no problem left no mess and was so kind and patient explaining to my Mum who has dementia how it worked {thank you James } on leaving i asked him about payment he said anytime by cheque or phone .This company is just like service you used to be it has made so much difference to my parents i cant rate them highly enough thank you all
