We have had an excellent experience with this company. The sales team were very professional with no hard sell. The handover when we collected our van was fantastic and everything was shown and demonstrated to us and all our questions answered with no apparent time restrictions, a couple of small issues noted at time of sale were dealt with as agreed. Over the next 2 months we noticed 2 issues which were not apparent at time of sale. We contacted the company and both issues have been attended to with no quibbling or any fuss at all. We are delighted with van and with our experience of Somerset Motorhome Centre and we highly recommend them.

bought this motorhome waited 5 weeks for it was told everything would be done little to my supprise it wasent fridge not working blinds broken lesure batterie not working awning broken on pick up bold tyre even though it had new mot put on days before list goes on so glad i got my money back please be aware not even worth 1 star rating i used the reviews to buy the van but silly me thank you black horse finance for upholding my complaint and refunding me the full amount
