After you buy a car from them the after service is very poor.I've waited for a month now to get the My T app connected to my car to enjoy all the technology the car comes with as this is the final thing they should help with after selling you a car and im put on the back as they are busy attending to new customers.Still they haven't connected me still waiting.John Saxton is not a good sales man,he keeps cancelling appointments and also ignores messages and phone calls. I was ignored before locked down started a week ago.

Good attentive service as always.... however the \IT\ system that was used by the sales executive in my view was not functioning particularly well compared with others i had seen. That was very frustrating for both parties & elongated the appointment.
I have used Somerset County Cars since my first Yaris and always had great service. Lindsey is my go to person and she has done an amazing job at finding me great cars and looked after me over the years. Great company and they go above and beyond for the customer.
Very friendly and helpful staff and my service was done in good time.
