Such informative and lovely staff, they really helped us in picking our first cats! We fell in love with two cats online, and they were very quick with calling us, once we told them we were interested. Literally the next day we got to met them and now in the process of adopting them! Thank you and can't wait to come again and collect them ️

We are so over the moon that we found RSPCA West Hatch - what an amazing place and such wonderful and caring people. They found us 'Monty'. He has changed our lives - in fact the whole family are just in love with him - in fact he has won the hearts of all of Ilminster - he is an absolute treasure. He came to us just seven weeks ago - a little the worse for wear, but with the care of the staff at West Hatch he is just the best little doglet in the world, that is apart from his new best friend Willow, our 15 year old JRT. They spend all their time together - he has given her a new lease of life. They play with each other, groom each other, walk miles side by side with not a lead in sight, sleep snuggled together. We never thought that a new little dog, with all his horrible history could settle into our lives as he has done. He travels with us wherever we go - so far Cornwall, Yorkshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Cotswolds and in a couple of week, , passport in paw, we are all off to France for a month touring down to Toulouse to stay with our daughter and family - more dog friends to be met. He is called Monty Boy in our house, Montycute by the grandchildren, and Monty la Plume by Kathy, our daughter. We are so looking forward to bringing him back to West Hatch in September for the fun day! Thank you so very much all at West Hatch - we love you all!!!
