I came in with an issue with my phone, repair of which wouldnt be the most complex thing in the world, but it was a sensitive and easy to mess up thing. They did not mess up anything, repaired my phone and one of the people working there has given me a price for repairing my phone, lower than what it should be. At the end of the day, I insisted in paying the full price but I was charged the price I was initially told, which I think, is amazing and i am surely going to come back to this place if I need any help with repairing my phone. The staff in general is very kind and quite knowledgeable when it comes to repairing phones. Was I asked to do this review after repairing my phone? Yes. Is the phone still functioning and I was treated fairly and nicely? Hell yes. Solid 5/5. Not the customer service level you'd expect from Taunton :D
