I just wanted to say a big thank you to guys at Millichamp & Hall. I purchased a bat on line from Australia and the whole experience was first class. The guys there promptly answered my initial questions providing great advice on the style/profile and selection of my bat, then as my bat was being prepared they kept me updated with photos of my bat throughout the process. After a short turn around (12days ) I received my bat completely knocked in and ready to play. All I can say is that the bat is amazing!!! I can’t believe how well it plays it’s definitely a belter! The best bat I’ve ever used! Thanks for making the whole experience of buying a bat online from Australia a seamless, easy and great experience!

Having just joined a team I wanted to order a new bat to start my career. The team at M&H were very helpful as I didn't really know what I was doing. I managed to get a modern bat with retro stickers which was swiftly delivered. It is truly a work of art and the quality and craftsmanship is obvious even to a novice. We visited the M&H shop today and I have to say, it was such a wonderful experience. The shop itself is beautifully designed to really showcase the handcrafted bats, but most importantly, the M&H team are incredibly attentive and really know their stuff. Our son wasn’t entirely sure which bat to go for so the staff spent over an hour with him, talking him through the history and benefits of each bat style. Numerous tests to the bat were given to ensure suitability and there was absolutely no pressure to pick the most expensive bat in the shop, the mantra here is ‘find the bat that is best for you’. As a non-cricketing person, even I found the experience to be informative. I genuinely cannot rate the team at M&H high enough, their level of customer care is unsurpassable. A huge well done to the entire team for creating such wonderful memories.
