Easiest 5 stars - they are super lovely, helpful and quick. I sent an enquiry via the website, got a reply within an hour or so, ordered my camera in the afternoon and it was with me the next day by lunch even though we're on opposite sides of the country. The pentax (35mm) camera is in an amazing condition, came with batteries, packed very carefully as to not damage it. Very happy with everything, definitely my go-to from now on.

Having waited for a month or more for the right size of photographic paper Firstcall Photographic suggested a different size that I could cut up to the size I needed (in the darkroom). I wasn't sure at first, but then in these challenging times I thought I may not actually get the size I needed. Having agreed, Firstcall sent me the paper the very next day and they didn't charge me for the extra size cost. Thank you for your generosity and speedy delivery.

Absolute first class service from these guys. Any queries are dealt with swiftly and both pre and after sales service is impeccable. All orders are processed and dispatched very quickly indeed, even during the height of lockdown they have been operating at their usual high standard. Top marks to the Firstcall people!
