The click and collect service is a bit of a joke... it sounds great, order online & collect from store without leaving you vehicle. Just click the app & out comes your order. In reality, it is a Currys employee running around with a pad and pen asking what you have ordered... Not very techie for a techie store...

Waiting in line at the checkouts for a refund to be told by an elderly female sales rep that I had to go to customer care and pointed at to the customer care desk. Waiting for 15 minutes. No one about. People came and went saying they will get someone. Only to be directed in the direction of this elderly female lady that told me to wait at the customer service desk she seemed a little embarrassed when we both know she could've done it in the first place.
