Cooper Associates

I always use Cooper Associates when arranging a remortgage and for life insurance. They always have all the information and are very competent. Our advisor Chris always makes sure to visit us when it is convenient for us and everything is always very clear and we are always happy with the products offered. Coopers take all the worry out of these major decisions and are very trustworthy. My son will be arranging his first mortgage soon and I have already told him to contact Coopers first.

Excellent service received by this Company from initially obtaining mortgage advice to securing a property, every person we dealt with at Cooper Associates was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This made the daunting process of obtaining a new mortgage and purchasing a property (during a pandemic) so much easier and knowing we were listened to and our advisor Ellis understood our needs was much appreciated.

We have used Cooper Associates since 2015, they have always been professional and efficient and great communicators. For our most recent remortgage we were in particular situation which we didn’t know how to overcome. Owen was fantastic in talking through our options and successfully searching a great deal for our remortgage. I would not hesitate in contacting Cooper Associates for our future financial products.

I got my mortgage using Cooper Associates back in 2017 and they were great. The whole process was made easy and they took the time to ensure as a first time buyer I understood everything. They were so good I used them again in 2019 when my 2 years were up for renewal. Again it was made easy and they sorted everything out. I will be using them again and I have recommended them to friends one of which has used them and completed on his property recently and was extremely pleased. I would Highly recommend Cooper Associates.

It couldn't have been easier with Cooper Associates. So proactive, clear, thorough... I was really impressed with their level of customer care. They took the time to understand my circumstances and needs and only recommended (what I felt were) relevant options. They took care of everything and made it all very easy and hassle free.
